02 - 1 cup of water

→ Extras

03 - Half a cup of any milk you prefer
04 - 4 or 5 cherries, pitted and sliced in half
05 - 1 or 2 teaspoons of vanilla-flavored syrup

→ Optional Toppings

06 - 1 stick of cinnamon (optional)

# Instructions:

01 - Cook cherries gently over low heat for 3-5 minutes in 2 tablespoons of water until they soften, then press lightly.
02 - Soak the Earl Grey in hot water for a few minutes, then toss out the tea bag or strain it if you used loose leaves.

04 - Add however much vanilla syrup you like into the milk and cherry mixture, stirring thoroughly.
05 - Pour your brewed tea into a mug, then add the strained cherry-milk mixture. Press the cherries to squeeze out extra juice. Stir.
06 - Enjoy it right away while it's hot, or pour it over ice if you want it chilled. Add a cherry or cinnamon on top to make it pretty!

# Notes:

01 - Hot or cold versions are both great options
02 - Use any milk you like or have on hand
03 - Adjust sweetness to your liking
04 - Toppings like a fresh cherry or cinnamon stick are nice but optional
