Cut off any extra fat or rough pieces from the chicken tenders

Arrange three shallow bowls: one for the flour, salt, and pepper; another for garlic and butter/oil; and a final one for Parmesan, basil, Panko breadcrumbs, and paprika

Press each tender into the flour mixture, then dip it in the garlic butter/oil, and finish with the Panko mixture, making sure it’s well-covered

Cook at 400°F for 9 minutes, turn over, and cook again for 8-9 minutes. Make sure they reach 165°F inside
