Crispy Air Fryer Tenders (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Chicken

01 - 1 1/4 pounds chicken tenders without skin or bones

→ Dry Mix

02 - 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
03 - 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
04 - 1/2 teaspoon table salt

→ Wet Coating

05 - 3 teaspoons chopped garlic
06 - 6 tablespoons butter (melted) or olive oil

→ Crunchy Topping

07 - 2/3 cup shredded fresh Parmesan
08 - 1/4 teaspoon smoked paprika
09 - 1 teaspoon dried basil
10 - 1 cup Panko crumbs

# Instructions:

01 - Cut off any extra fat or rough pieces from the chicken tenders
02 - Arrange three shallow bowls: one for the flour, salt, and pepper; another for garlic and butter/oil; and a final one for Parmesan, basil, Panko breadcrumbs, and paprika
03 - Press each tender into the flour mixture, then dip it in the garlic butter/oil, and finish with the Panko mixture, making sure it’s well-covered
04 - Cook at 400°F for 9 minutes, turn over, and cook again for 8-9 minutes. Make sure they reach 165°F inside
