Crack Chicken Tenders (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Main

01 - 1 lb chicken tenderloins

→ Coating Blend

02 - 1/2 cup grated Parmesan
03 - 1/2 cup mayo
04 - 1 packet Ranch dressing mix
05 - 1/2 tsp onion powder
06 - 1/2 tsp garlic powder

→ Outer Layer

07 - 1 cup crushed Ritz crackers

# Instructions:

01 - Turn the oven on to 375°F. Either grease your baking sheet lightly or place some parchment paper on it.
02 - Blend together the mayo, Parmesan, Ranch mix, garlic powder, and onion powder until smooth and creamy.
03 - Dunk each chicken piece in the mayo mix first, then roll it in the crushed crackers while pressing so it sticks well.
04 - Spread the coated tenders out on your baking tray, leaving some room between them. Let them bake 20-25 minutes until crispy and 165°F inside.
05 - Allow the chicken to rest for a few minutes, then serve with a sauce you like.

01 - Swap mayo for sour cream or Greek yogurt if you prefer.
02 - Gluten-free crackers work as a substitute.
03 - If you want extra crisp, broil for 1-2 minutes at the end.
