Crispy Chicken Snacks (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 ½ cups of shredded chicken breast that's already been cooked (about 9 oz).
02 - 2 tablespoons of room-temperature cream cheese.
03 - A quarter cup of mozzarella, shredded.
04 - 1 whole egg.
05 - 2 tablespoons of plain flour.
06 - Half a teaspoon of salt, if you'd like.

# Instructions:

01 - Tear or cut up the chicken with scissors or a knife until you’ve measured out 1.5 cups.
02 - Toss the chicken with the cream cheese, mozzarella, egg, flour, and salt in a bowl. Stir until smooth and blended.
03 - Melt 1 tablespoon of butter or pour a bit of oil into a pan and set it over medium-low heat.
04 - Spoon large tablespoons of the mixture into the pan, then flatten them with a spoon or spatula.
05 - Let each side fry until golden, about 2 to 3 minutes. Move to a plate lined with paper towels to cool down.

01 - Chopping chicken with scissors makes the job super quick.
02 - Keep an eye on the fritters since the pre-cooked chicken can burn fast.
