Tear or cut up the chicken with scissors or a knife until you’ve measured out 1.5 cups.

Toss the chicken with the cream cheese, mozzarella, egg, flour, and salt in a bowl. Stir until smooth and blended.

Melt 1 tablespoon of butter or pour a bit of oil into a pan and set it over medium-low heat.

Spoon large tablespoons of the mixture into the pan, then flatten them with a spoon or spatula.
