Crispy Chicken Rolls (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Veggies & Protein

01 - 1/2 cup finely diced onion
02 - 1 cup shredded cabbage
03 - 2 cups finely chopped chicken breast
04 - 2 cloves minced garlic
05 - 1/2 cup shredded carrots

06 - 1 teaspoon sesame oil
07 - 2 tablespoons soy sauce

08 - 12 egg roll wrappers

# Instructions:

01 - In a pan over medium heat, cook the diced chicken until there's no pink left.
02 - Stir in the garlic and let it cook for another minute until it smells amazing.
03 - Mix in onions, cabbage, and carrots. Cook together until the veggies soften just a bit.
04 - Mix in sesame oil and soy sauce, cooking for 2 more minutes. Take it off the heat and let it cool down.
05 - Lay a wrapper flat, add 2 spoonfuls of filling in the middle. Fold up the bottom, roll tightly, and seal the edges using water.
06 - Set the air fryer to 375°F and give the basket a light spray of oil.
07 - Arrange rolls in a single layer, spray the tops, and air fry for 10 minutes. Flip them halfway through cooking so they turn golden on both sides.
