Cheesy Potato Balls (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Base

01 - 2 cups of cold mashed potatoes

→ Cheese

02 - ½ cup Parmesan, grated finely
03 - 1 cup shredded cheddar or mozzarella

→ Coating

04 - 1 cup breadcrumbs for coating
05 - Olive oil spray or cooking spray
06 - 1 beaten egg

→ Seasonings

07 - Salt and pepper as needed
08 - ½ tsp onion powder
09 - ½ tsp garlic powder

# Instructions:

01 - Stir together the chilled potatoes, both cheeses, and all the seasonings until smooth.
02 - Roll the mixture into 1.5-inch balls. If it feels sticky, pop it into the fridge to firm up.
03 - First dip each potato ball in the beaten egg. Then roll it around in breadcrumbs until it’s covered.
04 - In the air fryer at 375°F, cook for 10-12 minutes until crispy and golden, shaking them around halfway through.

# Notes:

01 - Colder potatoes hold together better
02 - Feel free to use other cheese types
03 - Set oven to 200°F to keep them warm while you finish cooking batches
