Cheeseburger Egg Rolls (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Filling

01 - 1 small onion, diced finely
02 - 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
03 - 1 pound ground beef

→ Seasonings and Sauce

04 - 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
05 - 1/2 teaspoon salt
06 - 1 tablespoon mustard
07 - 1 teaspoon garlic powder
08 - 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
09 - 1/2 cup ketchup
10 - 1 teaspoon onion powder

→ Assembly

11 - 1 tablespoon vegetable oil for brushing
12 - Oil for frying
13 - 10-12 egg roll sheets

# Instructions:

01 - Cook the beef in a skillet until browned, then remove any grease. Add in the onions and seasonings, cooking for a few minutes until it thickens up.
02 - Once the mixture isn't as hot, mix in the shredded cheese.
03 - Scoop 2-3 tablespoons of filling into each wrapper. Fold the sides, roll up tightly, and seal with a little water.
04 - Fry in hot oil for 3-4 minutes or air fry at 375°F for 8-10 minutes until they become crispy and golden.
