Crispy Baby Potatoes (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Base

01 - 1 tablespoon garlic powder
02 - 1 teaspoon salt
03 - 3 tablespoons fresh rosemary (or 3 teaspoons dried)
04 - ½ teaspoon paprika
05 - 2 tablespoons olive oil
06 - 1.5 pounds baby potatoes, cleaned, dried, and cut in half
07 - ⅛ teaspoon black pepper

# Instructions:

01 - Toss halved potatoes in olive oil in a big bowl, then sprinkle in rosemary, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Stir till everything sticks to the potatoes nicely.
02 - Lightly coat your air fryer basket with some spray oil.
03 - Set air fryer to 400°F and let potatoes cook for 15 minutes. Give the basket a shake midway, then check softness using a fork. If needed, add a couple more minutes.

01 - Store in a sealed container in the fridge for up to seven days.
02 - Pairs wonderfully with fish or meat as a side.
