Spinach Artichoke Dip (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 6 ounces frozen spinach, thawed and moisture squeezed out.
02 - 1/4 cup mayonnaise.
03 - 8 ounces of softened cream cheese.
04 - 1/4 cup sour cream.
05 - 1 garlic clove, finely minced.
06 - 1/2 cup (56g) mozzarella, grated.
07 - 2/3 cup (76g) parmesan, shredded.
08 - Pepper, as much or as little as you'd like.
09 - 1 can (14 oz) chopped artichoke hearts, well-drained.

# Instructions:

01 - Preheat the oven to 350°F and lightly coat a 1-quart baking dish with cooking spray.
02 - Blend the cream cheese with mayo, sour cream, grated cheeses, garlic, and pepper in a bowl.
03 - Fold in the spinach and artichokes until everything's mixed together.
04 - Scoop into the prepared dish and bake for about 20 minutes, or until it's bubbling and gooey.
05 - Best eaten warm, paired with bread, crackers, or tortilla chips.

# Notes:

01 - You can prepare this up to 24 hours ahead.
02 - Make sure to squeeze all the water out of the veggies.
03 - Leftovers heat up nicely in small amounts.
