Mint Shot Drink (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - Crushed peppermint candies (2 tablespoons) - for the rim.
02 - Corn syrup (1 tablespoon) - to coat the rim.
03 - Half and half (½ ounce).
04 - Peppermint extract (a few drops, about 2-3).
05 - White chocolate syrup (½ ounce).
06 - Whipped cream, as a topping.

# Instructions:

01 - Put crushed peppermints on one plate and corn syrup on another. Dip the glass edge in syrup, then into the candy bits so it sticks well.
02 - In the dressed glass, pour in half and half, followed by peppermint extract and white chocolate syrup.
03 - Give everything a light stir to blend. Add whipped cream on top before enjoying.
