Creamy Crab Pasta (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1/2 cup celery, diced up small
02 - 1/2 cup bright red bell pepper, finely chopped
03 - 1/2 cup thawed, frozen peas
04 - 14 ounces of crab substitute
05 - Salt and pepper for the final touch
06 - 1 pound of medium shell noodles
07 - Fresh chives to sprinkle over it all
08 - 3/4 cup creamy mayo
09 - 1/2 cup red onion, minced
10 - 1 tablespoon fresh dill, minced

# Instructions:

01 - Get water boiling, add salt, and cook the pasta until it's firm but not hard. Drain, then rinse it with cool water.
02 - Toss the cooled pasta into a big bowl, then mix it up with crab, veggies, mayo, and dill until everything's evenly coated.
03 - Toss in enough salt and pepper to your liking.
04 - Pop it into the fridge for at least an hour with a cover over it to cool it down.
05 - Scatter fresh chives on top and enjoy it cold.
