Boursin Mac and Cheese (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Base

01 - 1 cup grated white cheddar, freshly prepared
02 - 1 block of Boursin cheese
03 - 8 ounces of macaroni or any pasta you like

→ Sauce

04 - 2 tablespoons of plain flour
05 - 2 tablespoons of butter
06 - 1/2 teaspoon of salt
07 - 1/2 cup of milk
08 - 1 cup of heavy cream

→ Topping

09 - 2 tablespoons of butter
10 - 1 cup of breadcrumbs

# Instructions:

01 - Boil the pasta until done, following the instructions on the box. Drain it and leave it aside.
02 - Heat up the butter, stir in the flour. Pour in the cream slowly while stirring. Mix in the cheddar and Boursin until smooth. Use milk to thin it if it’s too thick.
03 - Stir the sauce into the cooked pasta. If you like, sprinkle buttered breadcrumbs on top.

# Notes:

01 - Shredded cheese melts easier, so always grate it fresh.
