# Ingredients:

01 - Clementines or mandarin slices (2 cups)
02 - Pomegranate seeds (1/2 cup)
03 - Cubed pineapple pieces (3 cups)
04 - Mint leaves to decorate (optional)
05 - Kiwis, sliced after peeling (1 cup)
06 - 3 tablespoons of honey
07 - 1 tablespoon of poppy seeds
08 - Fresh lime or lemon juice (3 tablespoons)

# Instructions:

01 - In a big bowl, toss the pineapple, sliced kiwis, the citrus, and pomegranate seeds together.
02 - Stir together honey, lime juice, and the poppy seeds in a small dish.
03 - Drizzle the dressing over the mixed fruit, lightly stir, and sprinkle mint leaves on top if you'd like.
