Citrus Ginger Boost (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Fruits

01 - 2 whole oranges (freshly picked)
02 - A single lemon (fresh)

→ Roots & Veggies

03 - 2 carrots (or ¼ cup of carrot juice)
04 - 3-inch chunk of ginger, peeled and diced
05 - 2-inch turmeric root, peeled and diced

→ Natural Sweeteners

06 - 1 tablespoon of honey (use agave syrup for a vegan-friendly swap)
07 - 1 tablespoon of lukewarm water

# Instructions:

01 - Get oranges and lemon peeled, chop carrots into smaller pieces, and dice turmeric and ginger finely.
02 - Juice your ingredients, whether using a blender, juicer, or by squeezing them by hand.
03 - Combine honey and warm water and stir this mix into the juice. Make sure everything blends together nicely.
04 - Strain if you'd like, chill the juice in your fridge, and pour out ½ cup servings to enjoy!

# Notes:

01 - Juice can be made using a blender, juicer, or squeezed manually.
02 - This will last for up to 3 days in the fridge.
03 - Don’t have fresh ginger or turmeric? Swap in ⅛ tsp of the ground version instead.
04 - Give it a strong shake before you drink it.
