Stir yogurt, garlic, and a little kosher salt until smooth, then split between two bowls.

Boil water in a medium pot. Toss in vinegar if you'd like to add it.

Use a fine sieve to separate excess egg white. Once done, move it to a small bowl.

Make a whirlpool in the boiling water using a spoon. Slip the egg in and cook for 2-3 minutes. Lift it out with a slotted spoon and set it on parchment. Repeat for the other egg.

In a small pan, gently heat olive oil with chili flakes over medium heat.

Top the yogurt in the bowls with eggs and pour spicy oil over it. Serve with crusty bread while warm.
