Set your oven to 350°F to preheat. Grab a baking pan and cover it with parchment paper. Mix the cinnamon with the sugar in a little bowl.

Lay one pastry sheet on the parchment, coat it with half of the melted butter, and sprinkle the cinnamon-sugar on top. Place the second sheet right over it.

Using a pizza cutter, slice into 1-inch wide strips. Fold each strip into an accordion shape, then carefully stick a wooden skewer through each folded strip.

Brush the folded pastry with the rest of the butter. Pop them in the freezer for 10 minutes to help firm them up before baking.

Bake for 15-20 minutes, just until they puff up and turn lightly golden. Sprinkle powdered sugar over them, and if you like, place a Rolo at the bottom of each skewer.
