Mediterranean Chicken Wraps (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Marinated Chicken

01 - 1 1/2 lbs (650g) skinless, boneless chicken breast
02 - 1 teaspoon black pepper, ground
03 - 3 cloves of garlic, finely chopped
04 - 1 teaspoon chili flakes
05 - 1 1/2 teaspoons dried mint leaves

→ Sauce with Yogurt

06 - 1/2 cup plain yogurt
07 - 1/2 teaspoon dried dill (substitute with 1 tablespoon fresh dill, if available)
08 - Salt and black pepper, adjust to taste

→ Wrap Fillings

09 - 3 or 4 tortillas, depending on size
10 - Hummus—pick the one you like best
11 - 1 cup cabbage, chopped
12 - Broccoli florets, cooked and ready to use
13 - Bagged salad mix, any kind you have

# Instructions:

01 - Dice up the vegetables for the salad and cabbage right now. It'll save you time later when you're putting everything together.
02 - Combine your yogurt, a pinch of salt, the dill, and one minced garlic clove. Stir everything until it's creamy and smooth enough to spread—kind of like a homemade tzatziki.
03 - Slice the chicken into smaller chunks and toss them into a non-stick skillet with olive oil over medium heat. Sprinkle in the mint, remaining garlic, chili flakes, and pepper as it cooks. Stir to coat, and let it sear until it gets golden, roughly 8-10 minutes.
04 - Spread out the tortillas and load them up any way you like! Start with a layer of hummus, then pile on the cabbage, crispy chicken, cooked broccoli (if you're using it), the salad mix, and some of the yogurt sauce. Roll it tightly and enjoy while warm!

# Notes:

01 - These wraps taste great when served hot and just made.
02 - You can prepare everything beforehand and assemble when it's time to eat.
03 - Adjust the chili flakes depending on how mild or spicy you like it.
