# Ingredients:

12 - 1/4 cup tomato paste concentrate.
13 - 1/4 cup sun-dried tomato pieces in oil.
14 - 2 cups broth made from chicken stock.
15 - 1 pound cheese-stuffed tortellini pasta.
16 - 1 cup heavy cream for richness.
17 - 3 cups fresh spinach, loosely cut up.

# Instructions:

01 - Stir chicken pieces with flour and spices until they're evenly dusted.
02 - Heat butter and part of the oil, cook chicken until golden and done. Set aside.
03 - Cook garlic, shallots, and tomatoes in the rest of the oil. Stir in tomato paste, broth, and spices.
04 - Drop tortellini into the sauce. Cover and let cook, giving a quick stir halfway through.
