Chicken Avocado Wrap (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 6 flour tortillas, burrito-sized
02 - 2 cooked chicken breasts, sliced thin
03 - 1 large avocado, chopped into cubes
04 - 3 cups of shredded sharp cheddar
05 - 1 cup of sour cream
06 - 3 cups of lettuce, roughly chopped
07 - 1 big tomato, diced small

# Instructions:

01 - Put some olive oil in a hot pan, season the chicken, and cook both sides for 5–7 minutes. Check it's at 165-170°F inside.
02 - Cut the chicken into slices, dice the veggies, and shred the cheese.
03 - On a tortilla, arrange the lettuce, tomatoes, avocado, sour cream, chicken, and cheese in layers.
04 - Place the wrap in a hot, ungreased pan and grill until both sides are crispy and golden.

# Notes:

01 - Tastes better fresh when the cheese is gooey.
02 - You can chill it for a few hours but eat it the same day.
03 - Not good for freezing—it won't turn out well.
