# Ingredients:

05 - 2 large eggs, at room temperature.

07 - 1 teaspoon baking powder.
08 - 1 cup melted unsalted butter.
09 - 2 teaspoons ground cinnamon.
10 - 2 tablespoons of molasses.
11 - Powdered sugar to sprinkle on top.

# Instructions:

01 - Set your oven to 350°F. Cover a 9x9 pan with parchment.
02 - Stir the butter with the brown sugar, then add the molasses, eggs, and vanilla.
03 - Combine the flour, cinnamon, ginger, salt, and baking powder in a bowl.
04 - Slowly add the dry ingredients into the wet mixture, stirring until combined.
05 - Pour the batter into the pan, smooth it out, and bake for 30-35 minutes. The edges should be firm, and the middle shouldn't jiggle.
