Toss the cherries, water, and sweetener into a pan. Heat on medium, stirring occasionally and squishing the cherries. Keep going until the sweetener melts and things get syrupy.

Pour the mixture through a strainer into a jar or container. Toss out any solids, then set the syrup aside to cool completely.

Drop some ice into your glass, then pour in however much cherry syrup you want.

If you'd like, froth the almond creamer and milk together, then pour it over the ice.

Pour espresso or cold brew on top. Stir gently until the drink turns a nice pink shade.
