Cherry Vanilla Coffee Drink (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Cherry Sauce

01 - 2 cups cherries (frozen and pitted)
02 - 1/2 cup water
03 - 1/2 cup sugar or monk fruit sweetener

→ Iced Latte

04 - 1/2 cup vanilla almond milk
05 - 2-3 spoons cherry syrup
06 - 2 tablespoons vanilla almond creamer
07 - 1/2 cup iced espresso shots, or chilled cold brew

# Instructions:

01 - Toss the cherries, water, and sweetener into a pan. Heat on medium, stirring occasionally and squishing the cherries. Keep going until the sweetener melts and things get syrupy.
02 - Pour the mixture through a strainer into a jar or container. Toss out any solids, then set the syrup aside to cool completely.
03 - Drop some ice into your glass, then pour in however much cherry syrup you want.
04 - If you'd like, froth the almond creamer and milk together, then pour it over the ice.
05 - Pour espresso or cold brew on top. Stir gently until the drink turns a nice pink shade.

# Notes:

01 - Swap cold brew with hot espresso if you want this served warm.
02 - Frothing the milk is optional, but it makes the drink feel smoother.
