Cheesy Taco Sticks (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Filling

01 - Ground beef, lean (1 lb)
02 - Packet of taco seasoning (1)
03 - 5 Colby jack cheese sticks, sliced in half

→ Dough

04 - Tube of Pillsbury pizza dough (refrigerated)

→ Garlic Butter Topping

05 - Melted butter (¼ cup)
06 - Parsley, dried (1 tsp)
07 - Garlic powder (1 tsp)

# Instructions:

01 - Set your oven to 425°F, then coat a baking sheet lightly with non-stick spray.
02 - Cook the beef till browned, pour off excess grease, stir in taco seasoning, then let it cool.
03 - Slice the pizza dough into 2 long sections, then divide each into 5 rectangles to make 10 pieces.
04 - Spoon cooled beef and add a half stick of cheese at the center of each rectangle.
05 - Fold the dough over the fillings and pinch the edges tight to seal into sticks.
06 - Blend the garlic powder and parsley into melted butter, then brush over the dough sticks.
07 - Pop the sticks in the oven for 10-12 minutes until golden brown. Enjoy them hot!
