Cheesy Sausage Dip (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1/2 cup of diced onion.
02 - 8 oz of cubed cream cheese.
03 - 16 oz of ground Italian sausage.
04 - 20 oz of undrained RoTel tomatoes.
05 - 16 oz of Velveeta cheese, cut into chunks.

# Instructions:

01 - In a pan, cook the onion and sausage over medium heat until browned. Get rid of the excess grease.
02 - Toss the browned sausage, cream cheese, Velveeta, and RoTel (don’t drain it) into a slow cooker.
03 - Cover it up and let it cook on LOW for about 2 hours, stirring once in a while until it’s melted.
04 - Switch the slow cooker to the WARM setting and dig in with some tortilla chips.

# Notes:

01 - You can make it using the stove too.
02 - Feel free to add extras like beans or corn.
03 - Keep it on WARM while serving to keep it gooey.
