In a pan, cook the onion and sausage over medium heat until browned. Get rid of the excess grease.

Toss the browned sausage, cream cheese, Velveeta, and RoTel (don’t drain it) into a slow cooker.

Cover it up and let it cook on LOW for about 2 hours, stirring once in a while until it’s melted.

Switch the slow cooker to the WARM setting and dig in with some tortilla chips.
