Cheesy Baked Rigatoni (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1/4 teaspoon black pepper.
02 - 1 tablespoon olive oil.
03 - 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese.
04 - 48 ounces marinara sauce.
05 - 1 pound rigatoni noodles.
06 - 1 teaspoon Italian herbs.
07 - 1 cup diced yellow onion.
08 - 6 ounces shredded mozzarella cheese.
09 - 4 minced garlic cloves.
10 - 1/2 teaspoon oregano flakes.
11 - 1 pound ground sausage or beef.
12 - A bit of fresh parsley for garnish.

# Instructions:

01 - Turn on the oven to 375°F and coat a 9x13 pan with nonstick spray.
02 - Boil rigatoni in salted water just to the shortest cook time listed. Drain them.
03 - In hot oil, cook onions, then toss in the meat and brown it. Add garlic, sauce, and spices. Let it simmer for 10 minutes.
04 - Stir the pasta into your sauce with some Parmesan cheese, then spread into the dish.
05 - Sprinkle mozzarella, the rest of the Parmesan, and oregano on top. Cover with sprayed foil.
06 - Bake for 25 minutes with foil, then 5-10 uncovered until the cheese gets bubbly.
