Cheesy Pockets with Beef (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 12 tortillas, 6-inch size.
02 - 1 pound of ground beef.
03 - 1 small packet of taco seasoning blend.
04 - 8 ounces of softened cream cheese.
05 - 1 cup of shredded cheddar cheese.
06 - 2 tablespoons of butter, melted.
07 - 1/2 cup of your favorite salsa.
08 - Toppings you like: maybe green onions, salsa, or a dollop of sour cream.

# Instructions:

01 - Brown the beef in a skillet, breaking it up while cooking, then drain away the grease.
02 - Mix the taco seasoning into the beef, following the directions on the package.
03 - Whip the cream cheese till smooth and stir the salsa in until mixed well.
04 - Spoon the cheesy mix and beef into each tortilla, sprinkle cheese on top, and fold them up.
05 - Set tortillas on a buttered baking tray, brush the tops with melted butter, and bake at 350°F for about 15 minutes.
06 - Finish with any toppings you enjoy, like some sour cream or salsa, and dig in.
