Pesto Garlic Cheese (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Base

01 - 1 loaf of Italian bread or a French baguette

→ Spread

02 - 1/2 cup pesto made with basil
03 - 1/2 cup butter, unsalted and softened
04 - 3 minced garlic cloves

→ Toppings

05 - 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
06 - Dash of salt and pepper
07 - 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
08 - Finely chopped fresh basil leaves

# Instructions:

01 - Set it to 375°F. Halve the loaf lengthwise.
02 - Slather on pesto after spreading garlic butter. Cover with mozzarella and Parmesan.
03 - Bake it until the cheese melts, about 10-12 minutes. Want it crispier? Broil it for 1-2 minutes at the end.
04 - Add fresh basil on top, cut it up, and enjoy while warm.

01 - Keep an eye on it during broiling so it doesn’t burn.
