Cheesy Pepperoni Ring (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Base

01 - 1 tbsp flour for dusting
02 - 16 oz pre-made dough

→ Seasonings

03 - 1 tsp onion powder
04 - 1 tsp garlic powder
05 - 1 tsp Italian herbs
06 - ½ tsp salt

→ Filling & Serving

07 - 6 oz pepperoni slices
08 - ¼ cup parmesan (grated)
09 - 16 oz mozzarella cheese, shredded
10 - 1 cup marinara for dipping

# Instructions:

01 - Get your oven hot (400°F) and spread the dough out on a floured counter. Aim for 12x20 inches.
02 - Scatter all the seasonings, cheeses, and pepperoni slices across the dough.
03 - Roll the dough tightly, starting the long way. Grease a bundt pan, place it in there, and pinch the edges to seal the ring.
04 - Put it in the oven for 20 to 25 minutes until the surface turns golden brown.
05 - Flip it over onto a baking sheet and give it 5 more minutes in the oven for a toasted top.
06 - Let it sit a few minutes before slicing. Pair it with marinara when you’re ready to eat.
