Get your oven hot (400°F) and spread the dough out on a floured counter. Aim for 12x20 inches.

Scatter all the seasonings, cheeses, and pepperoni slices across the dough.

Roll the dough tightly, starting the long way. Grease a bundt pan, place it in there, and pinch the edges to seal the ring.

Put it in the oven for 20 to 25 minutes until the surface turns golden brown.

Flip it over onto a baking sheet and give it 5 more minutes in the oven for a toasted top.
