Cheesy Crab Dip (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 8 oz of lump crab, thoroughly dried and drained.
02 - 2 tbsp of mayo.
03 - 3/4 cup of cheddar cheese, shredded.
04 - 1/4 cup sour cream.
05 - 2 tbsp chopped fresh chives.
06 - 8 oz of softened cream cheese.
07 - 1 tsp lemon juice.
08 - 1/2 tsp hot sauce (optional).
09 - 1 tsp of Old Bay seasoning blend.

# Instructions:

01 - Set your oven to 350°F (177°C) to heat up.
02 - Blend the cream cheese, sour cream, mayo, lemon juice, and Old Bay seasoning until it’s smooth.
03 - Mix in the cheddar, chives, and, if desired, the hot sauce. Taste and tweak the seasoning if needed.
04 - Carefully stir in the crab, keeping some pieces whole for texture.
05 - Spoon the mixture into a baking dish and bake it for 20 minutes, or until it’s steaming and bubbly.

# Notes:

01 - Make sure to dry the crab meat as much as possible before adding.
02 - Season it to suit your taste buds.
03 - Don’t mix too vigorously so you keep the crab in tasty chunks.
