Cheesy Buffalo Lasagna (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - Cooked lasagna noodles, firm yet tender (12 oz).
02 - Shredded chicken from a store-bought rotisserie (about 3 1/2 cups).
03 - One packet of dry ranch mix.
04 - Softened cream cheese (24 oz total).
05 - A cup of buffalo or spicy hot sauce.
06 - Half a cup of milk.
07 - Two cups of grated cheddar.
08 - Two cups of shredded mozzarella.

# Instructions:

01 - Mix together the softened cream cheese, the ranch seasoning, the spicy sauce, milk, and 1 1/2 cups each of the grated cheddar and mozzarella until smooth.
02 - Coat the bottom of a greased 9x13 dish with 1/4 of the cheese mixture. Arrange the lasagna noodles on top, slightly overlapping for full coverage.
03 - Spread another 1/4 of the cheese mix on the noodles, add half the shredded chicken. Repeat with more noodles, more cheese mix, and the rest of the chicken. Finish with a top layer of noodles and the rest of the cheese mixture.
04 - Sprinkle the remaining shredded cheeses across the top and cover with foil.
05 - Pop it in a 375°F oven, bake covered for 45 minutes, then uncovered for another 10 minutes till it’s bubbling. Let it rest for 8-10 minutes before digging in.

01 - You can prepare it ahead of time and bake it when ready.
02 - Top it off with extras like ranch, crumbled blue cheese, or chopped green onions.
