Cheesy Broccoli Rice (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1/2 cup milk.
02 - 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of chicken soup.
03 - 8 ounces processed cheese (Velveeta), split in half.
04 - 4 cups of small broccoli florets.
05 - 1/3 cup potato chips, crushed.
06 - 1 medium white onion, diced.
07 - 1 stick (1/2 cup) of unsalted butter.
08 - 1 and a half cups instant white rice.

# Instructions:

01 - Set your oven to 350°F and start cooking rice following the package directions.
02 - Melt the butter in a pan, toss in the onion and broccoli, and cook until the onion looks see-through.
03 - Pour in the soup, milk, and half the cheese. Keep stirring until the cheese melts into the mix.
04 - Stir the cooked rice into the sauce, then spread it into a greased 8x8 baking dish.
05 - Sprinkle on the rest of the cheese and the crushed chips. Pop it in the oven for 30 minutes until it’s bubbling.

01 - Frozen broccoli works fine here.
02 - Tastes just as good the next day!
