# Ingredients:

01 - Softened cream cheese, 8 oz
02 - 1/4 cup white granulated sugar
03 - 1 tsp vanilla essence
04 - 1 cup heavy cream for whipping

→ Berry Topping

05 - Chopped fresh strawberries, 1 cup
06 - 2 tbsp sugar (granulated)

→ Crust and Build

07 - Crushed graham crackers or shortbread cookies, 1 1/2 cups
08 - Melted unsalted butter, 1/4 cup
09 - 6 thin crepes or cake layers
10 - Powdered sugar for sprinkling

# Instructions:

01 - Mix cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla until the mixture is smooth and fluffy.
02 - Beat the heavy cream in another bowl until firm peaks form. Fold it gently into the cream cheese mixture till fully blended.
03 - Stir strawberries and sugar in a bowl, letting it rest for 10 minutes to draw out the juices.
04 - Combine the crushed cookies with melted butter until the texture feels like damp sand.
05 - Spread cream filling, cookie crumbs, and sweetened strawberries onto each crepe. Roll them up tightly like sushi.
06 - Wrap each roll in cling film and chill for at least 1 hour. Before serving, cut into 1-inch slices and dust with powdered sugar.
