Cheddar Garlic Bread (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 teaspoon salt.
02 - 4 tablespoons butter, melted and cooled.
03 - 2 teaspoons garlic powder.
04 - 2 cups all-purpose flour.
05 - 1 tablespoon sugar.
06 - 1/2 teaspoon baking soda.
07 - 1 1/3 cups buttermilk.
08 - 2 large eggs.
09 - 3 cups shredded cheddar cheese.
10 - 2 teaspoons baking powder.

# Instructions:

01 - Set your oven to 350°F. Coat a 9x5 loaf pan with grease.
02 - Stir together garlic powder, baking powder, baking soda, sugar, flour, and salt. Add 2 cups of cheese and combine.
03 - Whisk eggs, buttermilk, and melted butter until the mixture looks smooth.
04 - Gently combine the wet mixture into the dry, stopping when it's just mixed. Pour everything into the greased pan.
05 - Sprinkle the last cup of cheese on top. Cover with foil and bake for 30 minutes, then bake uncovered for 20 minutes more.
06 - Let the loaf rest in the pan for ten minutes before transferring it to a rack to finish cooling.

# Notes:

01 - Avoid mixing the batter too much; it’ll affect the texture.
02 - Using foil helps keep your cheese from burning on top.
