# Ingredients:

01 - 80% lean ground beef (1 pound)
02 - Lime (zest and juice from 1 lime)

04 - Minced fresh garlic (2 cloves)
05 - Shredded red cabbage (3 cups)
06 - Soft corn or flour tortillas (8 total)
07 - Fresh avocado slices (for serving)
08 - Creamy sour cream (for serving)
09 - Spicy pickled jalapeƱos (optional)
10 - Pinch of salt, as needed
11 - Extra wedges of lime (for serving)

# Instructions:

01 - In a bowl, mix the beef with lime zest, juice, garlic, red pepper, and a pinch of salt.
02 - Heat up a skillet on high heat. Add the seasoned beef and stir it occasionally until browned, about 7 minutes.
03 - Stir the cabbage into the skillet, sprinkle a little salt, and cook for 2-4 minutes until it softens.
