Cinnamon Snowball Cookies (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 teaspoon vanilla.
02 - ½ cup powdered sugar.
03 - 1 cup soft butter.
04 - ¼ teaspoon salt.
05 - 4 ounces pecans, chopped really fine.
06 - 2 cups plain flour.
07 - 1 teaspoon cinnamon.
08 - ¾ cup powdered sugar.

# Instructions:

01 - Turn on the oven to 375°F. Stir together cinnamon and sugar for coating, then set it aside.
02 - Whisk together the butter, vanilla, and powdered sugar until smooth. Blend in the salt, flour, and finely chopped pecans until it all comes together.
03 - Scoop out 1½ tablespoons of dough, roll into balls, then space them an inch apart on your baking tray.
04 - Pop in the oven for 9–12 minutes. Let them sit on the tray to cool for 5 minutes.
05 - While the cookies are slightly warm, roll them in the cinnamon-sugar mix so they get fully covered.

# Notes:

01 - Swap pecans with walnuts if you'd like.
02 - These freeze great.
03 - Stays fresh for 3 days at room temperature.
