Cowboy Butter (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1/2 teaspoon paprika
02 - 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
03 - 1/2 cup (113g) unsalted butter, softened
04 - 1 tablespoon fresh chives, chopped
05 - 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
06 - 1 tablespoon coarse Dijon mustard
07 - 1/8 teaspoon black pepper
08 - 2 teaspoons fresh thyme
09 - 1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper
10 - 2 teaspoons minced garlic
11 - 1/8 teaspoon red pepper flakes
12 - 1 teaspoon lemon juice

# Instructions:

01 - Mix all the herbs and spices with the softened butter until it’s all blended nicely.
02 - Shape into a log using plastic wrap, pop it in the fridge, and let it harden for 2 hours.
03 - Gently melt the mixture in the microwave in quick 20-second intervals until it’s liquid.
04 - Seal it in an airtight container and keep cold in the fridge for up to 5 days.

# Notes:

01 - Works great as something to spread or dip.
02 - Yields roughly 2/3 cup.
03 - Can also be blended in a food processor.
