Preheat the oven to 400°F and let the pastry thaw as per the package directions.

Put the brie in the middle of the pastry. Sprinkle pecans and spoon cranberry sauce on top.

If you want, cut leaves using the pastry corners. Pull up the corners, pinch to seal, and stick the cut-out leaves on top.

Mix the egg yolk with water, then brush it all over the pastry for a golden finish.
