# Ingredients:

01 - 1 teaspoon onion powder
02 - 1/2 teaspoon crushed red pepper, adjust to taste
03 - 1 pound ground beef (preferably 80% lean)
04 - 1 teaspoon dried oregano
05 - 1 teaspoon garlic powder

→ Toppings for Pizza

06 - 16 pieces of pepperoni
07 - Fresh basil leaves
08 - 4 slices of mozzarella cheese
09 - 1/2 cup of pizza sauce

→ Burger Assembly

10 - 4 buns for burgers, toasted as desired
11 - Optional add-ons: jalapeños, mushrooms, or black olives

# Instructions:

01 - Heat up your grill or a grill pan on the stove to medium heat. You want a good sizzle and those beautiful grill marks.
02 - Combine the beef with oregano, garlic powder, onion powder, and red pepper. Shape it into four patties. Be sure to push down slightly at the center of each one; it'll stop them from bulging while cooking.
03 - Put the patties on the sizzling grill. Cook each side for 5-7 minutes until they’re done to your liking (160°F for medium). Before they're finished, set a slice of mozzarella on top and close the lid briefly to melt it.
04 - Lift the patties off the grill once the cheese is gooey. Cover them with some pepperoni and a spoonful of pizza sauce. At the same time, toast your buns lightly until golden.
05 - Layer the saucy patties onto the bottom buns, toss on fresh basil, and pile on other toppings if you like. Add the top bun, and enjoy while everything’s warm.
