01 -
Bring salted water to a boil, cook noodles until firm to the bite, rinse them in cold water, and coat with oil to keep from sticking.
02 -
Break up the ground beef while cooking in a skillet until browned, then drain off the extra grease.
03 -
Add chopped onion and garlic to the pan with beef. Cook, stirring, for about three minutes until they smell amazing.
04 -
Pour in the diced tomatoes, tomato sauce, Worcestershire sauce, smoked paprika, red pepper flakes, salt, and pepper, and let simmer for around five minutes until it thickens.
05 -
Toss cooked noodles with sour cream, cottage cheese, and Parmesan cheese in a large mixing bowl.
06 -
Start layering in a 9x13 dish: half of the creamy noodle mix, half the cooked beef, and half the shredded cheddar. Do another layer and finish with a cheddar top.
07 -
Put the dish in the oven at 350°F and bake uncovered for 25-30 minutes until the cheese is melty and bubbling.
08 -
Scatter parsley on top before serving hot, if you like.
