Spinach Mushroom Quesadillas (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Seasonings

01 - A pinch of salt and black pepper
02 - A tablespoon of olive oil
03 - Half a teaspoon of onion powder
04 - Half a teaspoon of garlic powder
05 - A sprinkle of thyme if you like
06 - Oil spray or olive oil for brushing

→ Base

07 - Four big, soft flour tortillas
08 - One cup of grated cheese

→ Vegetables

09 - One cup of thinly sliced mushrooms
10 - Two cups of chopped fresh spinach

# Instructions:

01 - On half of each tortilla, pile on the veggies and cheese. Fold them closed.
02 - Cook the mushrooms for five minutes, then stir in spinach until softened. Sprinkle with the seasonings.
03 - Coat the tops lightly with oil and bake at 400°F. Look for a golden touch after about 10-12 minutes.
