Easy Cottage Cheese Eggs (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Base Ingredients

01 - 1 cup cottage cheese
02 - 8 to 9 large eggs
03 - ¼ teaspoon salt
04 - ⅛ teaspoon pepper
05 - ½ cup shredded cheddar cheese

→ Optional Toppings

06 - 2 tablespoons chives
07 - ⅓ cup cooked bacon

# Instructions:

01 - Turn the oven on to 350F, then spritz a silicone muffin pan with a bit of cooking spray.
02 - Toss the eggs, cheddar cheese, cottage cheese, salt, and pepper into your blender. Blend it all together till smooth.
03 - Pour the blended mixture into each muffin cup, filling them just over halfway. If you'd like, sprinkle bacon and chives (or other toppings) over the top.
04 - Let them bake for 20 to 22 minutes. Once they're cool enough, carefully pop them out of the silicone pan.
