# Ingredients:

01 - 16 ounces penne pasta, uncooked.
02 - 14.5 ounces petite diced tomatoes, drained.
03 - 3 cups chicken stock.
04 - 2 cups rotisserie chicken, chopped into small pieces.
05 - 3/4 cup buffalo wing sauce.
06 - 3/4 cup blue cheese or Ranch dressing.
07 - 1 teaspoon parsley flakes, dried.
08 - 1 teaspoon chives, dried.
09 - 3/4 teaspoon garlic powder.
10 - 1/2 teaspoon onion powder.
11 - 1/2 teaspoon dill weed, dried.
12 - Pinch of crushed red pepper (optional).
13 - 1 stalk of celery, chopped finely.
14 - 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded.
15 - 1/2 cup sharp cheddar cheese, shredded.

# Instructions:

01 - Set your oven to 425°F and grease a 13x9-inch pan.
02 - In your baking pan, mix the chicken stock, dressing, buffalo sauce, and seasonings using a whisk.
03 - Toss in the chicken, pasta, tomatoes, and celery. Stir until everything's mixed up.
04 - Wrap with foil and bake for 40 minutes, or until the pasta's nearly done cooking.
05 - Take the foil off, sprinkle cheese on top, and bake for 5 more minutes. Let it sit for a few minutes before serving.
