Bacon Cheese Loaded Fries (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Base

01 - Crumbled bacon (½ pound, cooked)
02 - Chopped green onions (4)
03 - Frozen bag of French fries (32 oz)
04 - ¼ cup sour cream

→ Cheese Sauce

05 - 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
06 - 1 cup milk
07 - Pinch of salt and pepper
08 - 2 tablespoons regular flour
09 - 1½ cups shredded cheddar (about 6 oz)

# Instructions:

01 - Prepare frozen French fries as per the instructions on your bag.
02 - Heat butter in a small pot, whisk in flour, and cook it for a minute.
03 - Whisk milk gradually into the roux. Stir until thick (around 5 mins), turn off the heat, and mix in cheese. Add salt and pepper to taste.
04 - Pour warm cheese sauce over fries. Add bacon, drizzle sour cream, and sprinkle the green onions on top.
